My name is Torrente!

Hello! My name is Torrente. I'm an approximately 8-month-old male tabby Domestic Shorthair who was found on Ravenbank Drive with an injury to my back right leg. I was brought to the shelter in the hopes that I would be able to find a family to love. I'm happy to share that I am now available for adoption and ready to find a loving forever home! When I was found, I had an abscess on my back right leg. It has been treated and properly drained, and now I'm simply in the healing phase. I can be a little tender when using that leg, but as the infection continues to resolve, I should be back to full speed before you know it. Despite everything, I've remained a very sweet boy. I'm litter box trained and enjoy gentle attention. I'm just looking for a safe, loving home where I can finish healing and start my next chapter. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies and FVRCP vaccines, and I've tested negative for FIV/FELV. My adoption fee is $50. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
