If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
He is about a year and a half old and I've had him since he was six weeks old. He was found alone inside a car engine during the winter, and I originally took him in temporarily, but he bonded so closely with my other cats that he became part of the family. He's an incredibly sweet, gentle boy. He's affectionate and cuddly on his own terms, but needs time to build trust. He can be skittish with sudden movements due to early trauma, not aggression. He thrives in a multi-cat home and feels safest with other cats around. He eats well and is potty trained, overall a loving, sensitive soul who just needs patience and stability. I am so sad that I have to re-home him but my living situation is too unstable right now for 3 cats. Due to frequent moving and an unstable living, he has been more stressed recently. During high-stress periods, he has occasionally pees outside the litter box. It is not constant, but it is something to be aware of. He's also quite vocal at times.
