Smokey was adopted from PetSmart in Mesa AZ. When adopted she was already microchipped and fixed and considered a clean bill of health. She does great with dogs, cats and young children. Though she likes to keep more to herself but does come around for some love. Not an outdoor cat and uses litterbox. I relocated to FL about a year after adoption and she has come up on some health issues which did not occur in AZ. I have had a vet look her over and he gave her some antibiotics which seemed to help. I thought it was perhaps her teeth but the DR. said it was an infection, which has caused her to not want hard food. After the antibiotics she did do much better. But her issue has come back now. So I have switched her to a soft food only diet. Unfortunately, my income has dramatically been cut to where I cannot afford to take her to the vet and to get her the care she needs. I am looking to rehome her for no fee as long as you promise to give her the best care and to keep her healthy.
