Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Evelyn!!
Evelyn is an 11-month old female. She is microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations.
**Evelyn is a Foster-2-Adopt candidate as she recovers from a broken pelvis. Evelyn is scheduled to be spayed on 2/23**
Evelyn is a very sweet girl with a gentle heart and just the right touch of sass. She also recently had a partial tail amputation — which has left her with an adorable little stub tail that only adds to her charm! She absolutely loves climbing to the top of a cat tree so she can survey her kingdom, but her favorite perch of all? Your lap — especially while she’s (not so patiently!) waiting for pets. If you pause for even a second, she’ll be sure to remind you that admiration and affection should be continuous.
Evelyn is currently thriving in a foster home with other cats and dogs, but she’s made it clear that she’d truly prefer to be the star of the show. She’s not overly interested in having furry roommates and would likely be happiest as a solo cat where she can soak up all the attention — as she rightfully deserves!
She has also been around respectful children and does well with them. However, as she continues healing from a broken pelvis, it’s important that any kiddos in the home understand she cannot be carried or picked up. Gentle pets and calm interactions are perfect for her while she finishes recovering.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
