What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
I originally adopted Bailey from the San Antonio Animal Defense League in 2024, where she was also spayed! I got her as a puppy and she is roughly two years old now. I am not entirely sure what breed she is, but they listed her as a Rottweiler lab mix when I adopted her. She is mostly black with a small patch of white on her chest/stomach. She is very playful and active. She is comfortable around water, kids, and other dogs! I will say she does better with medium/larger size dogs because of her size. She can forget how big she is sometimes. She has lived with a cat before and did great, not reacting aggressively even when the cat did. She is also great off leash once she gets comfortable with whoever is walking her. I would love for her new home to have lots of room to run around as she does have energy to get out. She is also kennel trained! Of course when adopted, I will send her with a new bed and new toys as well as her favorite treats and old toys so she can be comfortable!
