Hi I’m Maoun! My life began as a street cat all the way in OMAN! I was taken in by a cat rescue organization there and sent to the US where my sister and I were received by a Good Home foster parent. We were soon adopted but one of the cats in the home didn’t get along with me, so I came back to Good Home. Now I’m having so much fun in foster care with my new human, receiving all the love, affection, and attention I can get!
I’m a real cuddle buddy. Some of my favorite pastimes include nestling into my person’s lap while they read, curling up on their chest when they sleep, or getting brushed by my person. When I’m not snuggling, giving gentle headbutts, or chatting with my human, I love a high up perch by a window so I can watch the neighborhood.
I’m a very easy-going boy who prefers chilling to playing, though sometimes I enjoy batting around a mouse toy or playing with the wand toy. I also like to have some alone time – sometimes I’ll curl up in a cozy closet or even under the couch. I like a balanced life!
Overall I’m a relaxed, sweet boy who would love a quiet to medium energy home where I can peacefully cuddle with my person. I’m doing very well as a single cat but I have lived peacefully with another cat before, they would just need to match my chill energy and give me some space. I’ve never lived with a dog or kids before. I’d just really love a home with gentle people who would appreciate my warm, affectionate, companionship! Could that home be yours?
