My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This scraggly man is Scaggs! Scaggs came into our care after living a life outdoors as a rough & tumble south side street cat - who looks like he's tough as nails, but is actually just a big baby that was being bullied on the streets. Scaggs wants love & pets, but can still be apprehensive to accept your love straight off the bat - all he'll do is give you a little hiss and then lean into your hand the moment you start to pet him. Scaggs is around 3 years old, and loves humans & cats alike. He is vaccinated, and has already been neutered. Scaggs would love a quiet home with someone who's ready to give him all the love they have, and give him his time to settle into the good, cozy, fuzzy blanket filled life once and for all! Further personality information & photos to come - but in the mean time, email CatsFelinesandCanines@gmail.com to make an appointment & see if you fall in love!

Felines & Canines is located at 6379 N. Paulina St. in Chicago and is open for adoptions seven days a week. All cat adoptions are currently done by appointment only - to schedule your appointment email CatsFelinesandCanines@gmail.com and complete the application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FAC/Cat

Our standard cat adoption fee is $150, and the adoption fee for declawed cats in $175. Due to the amount of medical care we invest in each of our animals, we do not offer discounts when adopting more than one pet. We do same-day adoptions and do not place holds on animals.
