My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tracker is ready to have a home full of good naps, healthy boundaries, and love. She lived the hard life on the streets of Dayton, where she raised a delightful little boy who has since been adopted, and now it’s her turn! She takes a little time to learn to trust, but once she’s ready, she’ll let you know. Tracker loves to say, “good morning,” at breakfast time with head-bonks, pets, and she relishes a fresh bowl of cold water. Her favorite treat is a small dish with a Churu in it (chicken and cheese flavor, thank you). Not ready for lap-sitting, just yet, Tracker prefers to sit near her favorite humans when she’s feeling sociable, and she welcomes attention and pets. She would do best in a calm home with a couple of sheltered nap spots (a cat tree with a cave or even just an open carrier) and where introductions to any other household pets are very slow and deliberate. While she is generally an independent lady who just wants to enjoy some peace and quiet, she enjoys a good crinkle toy, or a soft ball, when play-time calls! Come meet this darling girl today in her foster home to apprecaite her toe floofs and healthy boundaries!

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All of our cats are cared for in devoted foster homes.

When adoptable, most go to PetSmart on Feedwire Rd in Centerville or to PetSmart on Miamisburg-Centerville Rd by the Dayton Mall. Their bio will indicate where they're located, and if they're in a PetSmart, you can go to meet them.

If they're in a foster home, we are happy to arrange a meeting with an approved application.

More about this rescue

We are a no kill, foster-based rescue in Dayton, OH, that specializes in taking the most at risk cats and kittens from our local community. Many of our cats come in as strays and we provide them with all necessary vetting to get them adoption ready. Until then, they live with us in our homes where they receive dedicated attention and care.

We are all volunteers who live and work in your local community!

We have a motto that we live by: It Takes a Village! And that village always needs new members, so please consider donating to, adopting from, or simply sharing our cause.
