Their adoption process

We do have an adoption process. You must provide proof you are allowed to have the pet in your residence, and have proper means to care for the pet. You must submit an adoption application which will be approved prior to a meet and greet. . There is an adoption application you must fill out and sign if you would like to adopt a pet. We then go over your application to verify information that is put on it. Usually within 36 hurs of submitting an application- and after it is approved you will be notified to set up a meet and greet of pet. Adoption contract can be signed at home visit and adoption finalized after you have placed deposit on pet and have supplies for the pet. . You will get all medical records for your pet. Adoption includes that they have been examined by vet, have been tested for diseases like FELV/FIV, HW, intestinal parasites, etc. as age appropriate. They are vaccinated as age appropriate, spayed/neutered (cat/dog over 5 months old), and are treated for injuries/illnesses etc. They have also been kept on maintaince and preventive medications like flea/tick/hw preventions.

More about this rescue

We are a state registered 501c3 non profit rescue in Gloucester that helps save the many homeless, abandoned, abused/neglected animals. Animals are helpless and need people like us to save us from what the irresponsible/cruel members of the community do to them. We started by just being someone who took in a few unwanted animals and after a short time the word got out and we got bigger and bigger with many animal controls, shelters, vets, the community etc calling on us to help. We are still relatively small rescue with mainly 1 home doing all the work and a couple of fosters helping with animals who need a little extra TLC. We are always looking for fosters/volunteers to help us save lives as their are so many out there and there is no way we can do this alone. Even if you cant help physically you can always donate to help the animals. We give the animals a safe place to live and give them proper medical care, food, shelter, love, etc until a permanent loving home can be found. We bottle feed babies, help expecting mommies deliver their babies in a safe environment, we show the animals that people can be trusted, etc. And all this takes alot of time and expense. We are non profit which means we dont make any profits, in fact we spend way more on these animals than we can ever think of taking back in. But these beautiful animals deserve it and so much more.
