Meet Cassia – The Chatty Little Lovebug with a Purr That Never Quits!
With her bright, curious eyes, beautiful calico coat, and the sweetest little face that always seems to be asking, “Can I sit with you?”, Cassia is pure affection wrapped in fur. This former stray turned indoor princess has fully embraced the cozy life — and she is never looking back! Cassia was rescued after she wandered into a school hoping for a taste of warmth and safety… and now? She can’t get enough of soft beds, gentle hands, tasty treats, and all the love her heart can hold. You can truly see how grateful she is to be safe and sound indoors.
Cassia would do best in a calm, quiet home where she can feel safe and relaxed, as she can become easily overstimulated and isn’t a fan of big crowds or loud noises. She has interacted with other cats in her foster home and gets along well with them for the most part, but she is still learning how to play appropriately and can get overstimulated during playtime. Because of this, she would do well either as a solo cat soaking up all the attention or in a home with one other gentle kitty friend who understands her boundaries. The right peaceful environment will allow her loving personality to truly shine.
And oh, what a personality it is! Cassia is vocal (she has thoughts and she’d love to share them), wildly affectionate, and a certified purr monster. She gives little kisses, cuddles up tightly next to her humans, and happily melts into your arms once she’s settled. She’s also wonderfully playful and curious — exploring every corner of the house like a tiny adventurer on an important mission. Bring out the silver vine or anything sprinkled with catnip and you’ll see her absolute joy — rolling, wriggling, and blissfully lost in kitty happiness.
Cassia didn’t just find indoor life — she chose it. She walked bravely into a school looking for something better, and now she’s ready to choose her forever family, too.
