Meet Mercedes!

Mercedes was recently surrendered back to FURR. Her owner was no longer able to care for her due to owner having medical issues. No hard feelings here!!

It is apparent she was well loved- she is super sweet, friendly, and outgoing after all these years!!

One might be tricked and think she is younger than 8 because she acts like it. She gets along with all of the other foster kitties in her home, and is great with humans. 

She loves her cat trees. Although she appears rather *plump* (pleasantly of course), she only really prefers dry food and eats scarcely!! She just stays naturally voluptuous. She is also rather talkative- she has a lot on her mind!

We really hope to find her a home where she can finish out her golden days. She deserves it!

All FURR Cats & Kittens are seen by a vet before being posted online and have been:

• Spayed / Neutered to help control the pet population
• Microchipped to help ensure your best friend can be brought home if lost.
• Vaccinated; FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia) & Rabies (which is legally required in most states).  These will need to be kept current after adoption.
• Tested Negative for FIV & FELV unless otherwise noted on their profile
• Treated with de-wormer, anti-parasitics, flea baths & prevention, ear mites and anything else our vet deems needed for good health.  This can sometimes include antibiotics and eye/upper respiratory medicines, etc.
• Many of our fosters also use pre/probiotics and vitamins to fully support their tiny immune systems during transitions.
