Meet Pawlie, a charming short-haired polydactyl boy with extra toes and an extra measure of heart. Pawlie doesn’t walk into a room, he tiptoes in with quiet curiosity, wide eyes taking in the world around him. Though naturally shy, he is the more adventurous half of his bonded pair, often gathering the courage to explore first and gently showing his best friend that everything is going to be okay.
That best friend is Toeny the Tiger, also a handsome polydactyl gentleman. Toeny looks to Pawlie for reassurance, watching closely as his buddy tests out new spaces and situations. Once Pawlie gives the silent “all clear,” Toeny follows along, ready to discover the world at his side. Their bond is truly special. They take comfort in each other, communicate in soft glances and quiet companionship, and must be adopted together so their beautiful friendship can continue to grow.
The best home for these boys would be a quiet home with consistent routines. They are naturally curious and will explore their surroundings once they feel safe. Both boys are comfortable with gentle pets and being handled, and with patience and understanding, their confidence will continue to bloom. Watching them grow braver day by day is incredibly rewarding.
An experienced cat owner would appreciate their sensitive nature, but a newer cat guardian with patience and a gentle approach would also be a wonderful match. Because they are shy, they would do best in a home with children 10 years or older who understand that cats need time and space to adjust at their own pace.
Pawlie and Toeny are true gems. Given a quiet, loving home filled with consistency and kindness, they will bloom beautifully and form a deep, lasting bond with their person. If you have room in your heart for two tender souls who simply need a little time to shine, Pawlie and Toeny are waiting to begin their next chapter together—with you.
