Max proves that slow and steady wins the race! This young cat was part of a large case involving too many cats to care for. Because of their previous living situation, these cats had never had to adjust to new people or new places before, and they were totally overwhelmed. Though he was among the last of his group to open up, he’s done so in a big way! Max remains one of the gentlest souls and prefers a likeminded person. He wants to live a calm, introverted life with windows to look out of and leisurely scratches behind the ear. He comes up to head butt your hands with deliberation, like he’s not sure you’ll accept his love. We can’t wait to see how he blossoms when his affection is nurtured!
