Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Christmas Cookie is a 3 year old spayed female. She is current on her vaccinations, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative!
Meet Christmas Cookie! Christmas Cookie is a gorgeous but shy little lady who came into the shelter as a very nervous and unsure lady. While she is still working on her socialization, she has come to enjoy slow, gentle pets from her favorite people—and especially loves butt scratches! She will need some time and space while adjusting in a new home, but once she does she is a low-key and mellow lady who does just fine with her independence when you can’t be around.
Since Christmas Cookie is a shy lady who does startle easily at times, she is looking for a calm and quiet home where any children should be at least 10 years of age or older. She lived in a foster home with several other cats and currently resides in a communal living area here at the shelter with several other feline friends—all of whom she absolutely adores and is much more confident around. So, she is required to go to a home with another kitty companion. She may do ok with other calm and respectful pets in the home given slow and proper introductions to one another.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
