My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Puddles is officially adoptable and ready to start her next chapter! 💛
This 8 year old gal is incredibly sweet, does great with other dogs, and is both potty trained (with a consistent schedule) and knows how to use pee pads.

She’s an easy-going girl who’s just looking for a calm, loving home to call her own!

Puddles does have some medical needs, including IVDD and a dental that will need to be completed.

If you’re ready to give this deserving girl a second chance, Puddles is waiting for you 🐾💕To have your home considered for adoption, read about our adoption process or fees, and find out about interstate transport (dogs only), please visit our website.

Long Way Home makes no guarantees on breed--most animals we receive from shelters are mixed breeds. As long as they need rescue, that's what is most important to us.

More about this rescue

Long Way Home was created to provide the last stop for animals displaced from their homes, deemed "unadoptable" by other rescues, or that need a level of care their previous owners or other shelters are unable or unwilling to provide.
