Hi! My name is Oscar, and I'm a 2 year old orange tabby boy with pretty green eyes! I'm a sweet, chill guy...unless you try to pet my belly. My belly is a no-touchy zone, and I will make sure you know that. But I do love to be pet elsewhere, and I also a fan of little fuzzy ball toys! Oh, and face and chin scritches are probably my favorite, favorite kind of petting to get. I just love getting those! I have a very deep, sonorous purr that will make you relax as I cuddle next to you. I hope my furever family finds me soon!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
