Double the Love: Meet Bonded Soulmates Zach & Zoey
Life has a way of taking unexpected turns, and for Zach and Zoey, the road has recently been a bit bumpy. After four happy years in a loving home, their world was turned upside down by the sudden passing of their owner. Now back in our care, this stunning duo is looking for a "forever" that truly means forever.
The Life of the Party: Zach
If you’re looking for a best friend who is always "all in," Zach is your guy! He is a social butterfly, a confident explorer, and a world-class fetch champion. Whether he’s chasing his favorite spring toy or rubbing his face on the resident dog to say hello, Zach’s mission is to spread joy. He’s a total lap cat who never met a stranger he didn't love immediately.
The Gentle Soul: Zoey
While Zach handles the introductions, his sister Zoey is the heart of the home. She is a bit more sensitive and took the recent changes a little harder than her brother. Zoey is a "tippy-tap" girl—when she’s happy, she does a sweet little shuffle with her back feet! She is shy at first and appreciates a safe "home base" to retreat to, but once she knows she’s safe, she is all purrs and affection. She just needs a family that understands that the best things in life are worth waiting for.
Why They’re the Perfect Pair
Zach and Zoey are the definition of a balanced duo. Zach’s outgoing nature helps Zoey feel brave, and Zoey’s calm presence keeps the home peaceful.
• Dogs: Zach loves them; Zoey is respectful and coexist peacefully.
• Kids: They would do well with patient children who understand how to give a shy kitty like Zoey space.
• Playtime: Zach will play fetch for hours; Zoey prefers batting around her glitter balls or chasing a wand toy.
• Cuddles: Expect Zach in your lap and Zoey nearby, offering her quiet companionship.
To help them settle in, their new family should keep their favorites on hand:
• Menu: Fancy Feast (Grilled Poultry/Beef) and Purina One Sensitive Skin & Stomach dry food. (And don't forget the Temptations treats!)
• Environment: A moderately active home with a dedicated "safe spot" where Zoey can decompress at her own pace.
They will come with their beds, toys, scratchers and more to help them settle in.
Zach and Zoey have been through a lot, but they have so much love left to give. They’ve stayed by each other’s side through the toughest of times—now, they just need a lap (and a heart) big enough for two.
Palm Beach Purrs cats and kittens have been fully dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped (which comes with free lifetime registration), FIV/FELV tested negative, and have received age-appropriate vaccines. Adoption is $200 for both.
