Meet Aaliyah – The Chatty Queen of the Castle with a Heart of Gold
Aaliyah is a beautiful, bright-eyed explorer with a confident little strut and a voice she’s not afraid to use! This adventurous, very smart girl loves to investigate every nook and cranny of her environment, always curious about what’s happening next. She’s delightfully talkative — the kind of kitty who will happily hold a full conversation with you — and if she happens to be hiding, don’t worry… she’ll immediately call out to let you know exactly where she is. (A queen must keep her subjects informed, after all!)
Aaliyah is currently in foster care with her sister, Homa, and she would absolutely love to be adopted into her forever home alongside her. Their bond is special, and they make a wonderful pair. If that’s not possible, Aaliyah may be well suited for the solo cat life. She does well on her own without much other animal contact, as long as she has plenty of human love and attention. In fact, she would truly thrive in a home where her humans are home much of the day so she can receive affection often. She is friendly with other people, including her foster dad and his wife, and would do well with children as long as they are gentle and respectful. Flexible and independent yet people-oriented, she can adapt to either a quiet or more lively household.
This affectionate girl absolutely adores being pet and will let you know the second she’s ready for attention. She loves rubbing up against her people, claiming them with sweet little nudges and purrs. While she enjoys playtime, she’s more interested in interactive fun with her humans than batting around toys by herself. She’s playful, loving, and wonderfully expressive — a total cuddle bug who wants to be involved in whatever you’re doing.
Independent but deeply devoted, vocal but oh-so-sweet, Aaliyah is a loving, affectionate companion who simply wants to share her life (and her running commentary!) with a family of her own. This precious girl is so deserving of a wonderful forever home. Will you be the puuuurfect place for this little queen to reign?

You will be emailed a link to our online adoption contract. Simply fill it out online to transfer ownership from the rescue to you!
