I am Myrtle, a beautiful girl who was found scared and homeless... with 8 PUPPIES!!! and what happened is that the rescuer KNEW I am a symbol of restoration!!
I came in so so skinny, so scared and so HOPEFUL that I would have a safe and wonderful life and I AM!!
Now, this is where you come into my story..... ADOPT ME!! I a sweet and smart and happy and all my pups adopted and i am ready too... I will be nervous when I first meet you, but that comes from my beginning story... Let's write the final chapters TOGETHER!!

Adoption counselor will email you to discuss the inquiry/application,and give more info about the pet, the foster and adoption process..

If you are approved to adopt, payments can be made on our website through PayPal, Debit Card or any major credit card.

Adoption application required for dogs. However, because it stresses cats to be confined and transported with dogs long distances, we do not transport our cats. They are local to Texas only. Thank you.
Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..
If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.
