My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Odin is a pure bred Husky who came to our home when we needed him the most. His love and energy and warmth helped during a difficult time. He has been with us on many travels and enjoys anything outdoors. He is leash trained, and will keep reminding you to take him on walks.

A few years ago, Odin developed epilepsy, which is apparently very common in his breed. His medication has slowed him down, and he now spends more time resting but still has more energy than most.

We have had two kids in the last 2 years. He has been nothing but kind and protective of them, though sometimes forgets that kids are not other dogs and bumps into our 2 year old when she is running around. He has never shown aggression towards kids or other dogs.

He is fully house trained, though being a husky he enjoys sleeping outside in the cold. He is affectionate and likes ear scratches.

Odin’s ideal home will have a fenced yard, large outdoor space, or be near a park.
