My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A Penny for your thoughts!

Need an athletic, fun loving gal to add some spice to your life? Penny maybe your girl.

Penny is an eight month old mixed breed. She will probably end up at between 50 and 60 pounds. She is housebroken, crate trained and fully vetted.
She was found abandoned when she was about four months old. She was emaciated, very weak, and scared.

Fast forward...Penny is a beautiful, high energy dog. Loves people, walks, car rides, and other dogs. She would do great in a home with a fenced yard and another dog. Penny has started training with Suzanne at The Pet Impact.

If your interested in adopting this goofy girl, please fill out an application at aylasacres.org.

Additional adoption info

We don't have a facility, so we screen applicants thoroughly before we set up a meet and greet. We conduct a vet check, reference check and a home check. We typical set up the meet at the adoptive home so the home check can be completed at the same time. If both parties agree the pup is a good fit we complete the adoption agreement and accept the adoption fee.
