Maddie is 2-3 yrs old. In good health. Very loving. She has a unique purr where she sounds like a growl but I think it is to self soothe.Never heard anything like it. Loves to be petted and picked up. Probably best if placed in home without small children.

**COVID UPDATE** We are currently doing adoptions at the location of our animal's foster home. After submitting an approved application, a date and time will be arranged to meet the animal. If the meet and greet goes well, all animals are available to go home same-day.

More about this rescue

Saving Lives Animal Rescue is a group of independent people who volunteer together to help the homeless animals within Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties find forever homes. The majority of these animals are looked over for adoption at the shelter, they are the “ left overs” the ones nobody wants and would otherwise be euthanized. They may need a little more love and patience and therefore may spend a lil more time in foster care. Some of our cats are coming out of colonies, either abandoned adults or litters of kittens. Some may even need bottle feeding.
