WHAT MAKES THIS CAT SPECIAL? Pepper arrived with his siblings in 2021. He was adopted, but a few years later was returned because his family had a baby and could no longer give him love. Pepper is deeply devoted to his person. He melts into full-body rubdowns, leans into affection and just wants a human to call his own.
