Ricky is a 3yo orange and white male cat. He is chipped and very friendly with people and dogs. He very much likes to cuddle with his person and likes to sleep with them at night. He uses a litterbox and scratching post. His owner is elderly and has developed asthma and can no longer sleep with him and also has to have a major surgery she will be gone from home for. We would like for Ricky to be placed with a loving owner who will allow him to sleep with them and cuddle when watching TV.

Purrfect Friends, established in 2005, is a volunteer-run, nonprofit 501c3 organization. With over 5,600 cats adopted, we work to combat cat overpopulation and suffering in the Cincinnati area. There is no shortage of cats and kittens in need of homes! Our efforts include rescuing cats in need, assisting with spaying and neutering, providing high quality medical care, and supporting Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) initiatives. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership.
We Are A No Kill foster-based Rescue
We have no physical location – all of our cats live in our dedicated volunteers’ homes. We are passionate about making the best possible match for adopters and the cats and kittens in our care. Purrfect Friends has a special commitment to mom cats – when we help with kittens, we help the moms too! Members of our “No moms left behind club” are fully vetted and incorporated into our foster program until their loving homes are found.
