Thunder is looking for a patient adopter who can let them adjust to a new home. Thunder prefers a quieter lifestyle, and would be happiest in a calm home where he can be your one and only pet - at least while he settles in. Northeast Animal Shelter, established in 1976, is now part of the MSPCA-Angell, giving us a better opportunity to serve our community, provide additional life-saving programs and services, and protect more animals from cruelty and neglect.
Our adoption program is designed to be welcoming, nonjudgmental, and free of lengthy applications. We strive to engage all prospective adopters in a conversation aimed at matching an adopter’s lifestyle, interests and home environment with an animal’s personality, medical and behavioral needs.
