My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cat Damon who is quite possibly the nicest cat on the planet.

This handsome older kitten has perfected the art of being both a total sweetheart and your personal little shadow. If you’re looking for a companion who believes personal space is wildly overrated, Cat Damon is ready to be attached to your hip (and your heart). He doesn’t just like his humans, he adores them.

Gentle by nature and endlessly affectionate, Cat Damon has a soft, tender way about him. He’ll carefully curl up beside you, gaze up with those loving eyes, and remind you that you are his entire world. But don’t let the sweetness fool you...he’s also got a playful, energetic streak! He loves to zoom, pounce, and show off his goofy side before trotting right back for snuggles.

And oh, the cuddles. Cat Damon lives for them. Whether it’s movie night, bedtime, or just a quiet afternoon, he can’t wait to be wrapped up with his family, soaking up love and giving it right back.

Funny, silly, deeply devoted, and incredibly special, Cat Damon isn’t just a cat. He’s a best friend, a cuddle champion, and a once-in-a-lifetime kind of sweetheart. 🐾💕

Additional adoption info

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
