My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teen mom Mollie has raised her kittens and is ready to get some personal attention. She is very sweet and charming. Mollie likes to check people out by sniffing them and then giving them a soft head bump. She is eager for affection and loves to be petted. Mollie goes all out when showing her affection - eye blinks, forehead kisses, and arching herself under your hand while you are petting her. She is simply a dear girl. Mollie would love to be the one and only, with her kitten Mimi, but she was with other cats previously and did ok. She was an attentive mom to her kittens, two of whom have been adopted.

We would love to see Mollie and her remaining kitten, Mimolette (Mimi) adopted together. Mimi is very attached to her mother and follows her lead in everything.

Mollie has been spayed, started her shots series, been deflead and dewormed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV/HW, and been microchipped.

More about this rescue

We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
