Thor didn’t just arrive in rescue — he survived the coldest winter day our town has ever seen and made it indoors just in time.
This sweet black-and-white boy and his brother Orion came in during that brutal cold snap, when temperatures dropped to levels we almost never see here. They were just babies trying to make it through conditions no kitten should have to endure.
And yet… Thor is nothing but love.
At 9 months old, Thor is affectionate, gentle, and incredibly people-focused. He leans into pets like he’s been waiting his whole life for them. He’s playful without being chaotic, cuddly without being clingy — just the perfect balance of sweet and steady.
Thor has that soft-eyed, grateful energy that melts you immediately. After surviving that kind of cold, he seems to appreciate every warm lap and cozy blanket like it’s gold.
