Phoebe is fully house-trained and kennel-trained. She loves car rides and enjoys outings to places like the bookstore, where she happily shows off her calm, curious personality. At home, her favorite things are running around, playing with toys, and curling up for cuddles.
She is very toy-motivated and excited to learn any tricks or activities you'd like to teach her. Phoebe adores both people and other dogs, but as a true Border Collie she'll do best with a family that understands the breed's energy and needs. She would thrive in a home with active pets or people who can match her enthusiasm for life.
