My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rumi was found as a stray in October 2025. Rumi does not have a microchip. She was pregnant at the time but has since given birth and all of her kittens have been adopted. Rumi was spayed and has been updated on her shots on January 7, 2026. Rumi is about a year old and in healthy condition. Now that she is done with being a mother, Rumi has blossomed into a playful, inquisitive, loving indoor cat. Rumi loves to play with cat wands and string. Rumi is highly motived by food and cat nip! Rumi is extremely friendly and will greet you with loud purring and head butts. When not playing, she enjoys watching the outside activity (birds and squirrels) from her cat post. Rumi would be good with another friendly cat through proper introduction. Rumi would be good with older kids. Rumi does well in a carrier while traveling to the vet's office. Rumi is well mannered and litter trained. I am unable to keep Rumi at this time due to my current financial situation.
