Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Age: 7 years Weight: 75 lbs

Ellie is a brindle boxer who loves to snuggle and has a very sweet and relaxed demeanor. She can be a little shy and unsure at first, but warms up quickly. She is spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped and heartworm negative. She takes inexpensive thyroid medication daily. Ellie is good with kids and would likely do well with other calm dogs.

We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period.
