Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet our Last Litter. These puppies represent more than adorable faces they represent our commitment to prevention, responsibility, and thoughtful rescue. They are wonderful, wiggly, and worth doing right. For this litter, we are focusing on homes in Washington, British Columbia, Idaho, and Oregon. We are fortunate to have strong local interest. At the same time, many regions of the country particularly areas like Texas and California are currently overwhelmed with pugs needing homes. If you are willing to travel to adopt, we strongly encourage you to look toward rescues in those areas where adopter support is urgently needed. Rescue is strongest when we step up where the need is greatest. Puppy adopters must: Have a daytime plan. If you work 8+ hours outside the home, you must have a mid-day check-in plan. Puppies cannot attend daycare until fully vaccinated, so someone needs to visit for at least 30 minutes during the day. Be prepared for potty training, socialization, and structure. There will be accidents. There will be interrupted sleep. Consistency and patience are essential. Supervise all interactions with children. Puppies nip, jump, and are learning appropriate behavior. Guidance and supervision are required. Complete spay/neuter through one of our approved Washington clinics. This is financially provided by the rescue, with a deposit retained to ensure completion. Preventing the next accidental litter is central to our mission. We do have a way for you to complete the spay/neuter at your own clinic - but we can talk about that. Have a veterinarian identified. Vaccine boosters must remain on schedule, and ongoing veterinary care is essential. Avoid immediate vacations. The first few weeks are critical bonding and foundation-building time. We love these puppies too much to rush this process. Our goal is not speed it is lifelong success. Please visit our website to learn more about this amazing pug and begin the adoption process!

At Evergreen Pug Rescue, our process is simple and focused on finding the best match for both the pug and their future family. As dogs become available, our adoption team carefully reviews applications with the goal of making the ideal rescue match. We consider each dog’s unique background—personality, temperament, energy level, comfort with kids and other pets, medical needs, and more—as well as your family’s lifestyle and needs. We pride ourselves on thoughtful placements to ensure that every pug finds their perfect forever home.

We're 100% foster-based so there's not a central area to come see our pups but we're so excited to connect with you!

More about this rescue
Evergreen Pug Rescue
was founded with one simple purpose - to connect people and pugs in Washington state.
At Evergreen Pug Rescue, we are a passionate group of volunteers united by a shared mission: rescuing pugs in need.
Our team comes from diverse backgrounds, bringing together a wide range of skills and talents to ensure pugs can live their lives with love, comfort, and care.
We take pride in the organization we have built, founded on the belief that the well-being of pugs and the people connected to every part of rescue must come first. Service and compassion lies at the heart of everything we do.
Our goal isn’t to be the biggest pug rescue or a national rescue. Our goal is to be the best pug rescue and give every pug, foster, owner surrender, shelter, adopter, volunteer, veterinarian and business we interact with our very best.
Evergreen Pug Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
