Here's what the humans have to say about me:
INTRODUCING NELSON!
It's just not fair that kittens, or any animal for that matter, should have to go through terrible times, but poor Nelson has had a very rough ride in his short life. He was abandoned at a ranch during the bitter cold, and though they tried to find his owners they had no luck. He was so desperate for help he followed them everywhere. They fed him, but he wasn't allowed inside because their dogs were likely to hurt him. He was brought to us so we could find him a happy home where he'll be cherished as he should be. We're hoping his forever family will be coming to take him home very soon!
Nelson is about 5 months old, he's been neutered, wormed, vaccinated and is a very good boy with his litter box. He gets along well with other cats, but is a little intimidated by the other friendly, but very rambunctious kittens in his room. He doesn't seem to know what to make of them, so we think he's the only survivor of his litter and has spent most of his life alone before coming to us. 'What in the world are those crazy things?' He's interested in their boundless exuberance though and has started to come out for some tentative play sessions. His past experiences with people couldn't have been very good, but in spite of that he's a very lovable little guy who enjoys being petted and purrs easily. Just having plenty of food and a warm place to stay must be hard for him to believe after the road he's traveled. All he wants in whole wide world is his very own safe, loving home with people he can depend on. If you're the family Nelson's been waiting for all his life, please fill out an adoption application on our website using this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. His $75 adoption fee will be his ticket home!
