My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: December 11, 2017

Meet this sweet, affectionate girl who is ready to find her forever home. Jennifer is incredibly loving and truly thrives on human attention. This calm yet playful girl adores being around her people and will happily follow you from room to room just to keep you company. Her favorite activities include chasing her wand toy, curling up on your lap, and making the sweetest little “biscuits” while she relaxes on you. Jennifer is very people-oriented and craves companionship so much that she may meow at night as if she’s calling her humans to come spend time with her. Because of this, she would do best in a home where someone is around for most of the day to give her the love and attention she desires.

She is food-motivated (which makes bonding and training even easier!) and has a gentle, affectionate nature that makes her a wonderful companion. Currently, she lives with two other cats in her foster home. While she prefers her own space and does not actively seek interaction with them, she is not aggressive and will not fight if approached. She would be happiest as the only cat, or possibly with an older, laid-back cat who respects her boundaries. A very social, high-energy cat who constantly tries to interact would not be the best match for her.

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will shower you with affection and always want to be by your side, she might be your perfect match

Additional adoption info

Adoption fee is $250 per adult cat, and $330 for kittens (under 8 months old).

This ensures that the cats that come into our care receive the attention they need, are spayed or neutered, and receive a rabies vaccination at the appropriate age. For City of Toronto residents, the adoption fee includes a mandatory City of Toronto cat license that is valid for one year. As you can imagine, these fees only begin to cover our costs; donations and ongoing fundraising efforts carry us the rest of the way!

Note:
-Senior cats (8 years or older) have an adoption fee of the adopter's choice, vs. our standard adult adoption fee of $250.
-Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair (8 months or older) is $192.50 per cat vs. $385 per cat. Thanks for giving two loving friends a home together!
