Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🍫🔥 Meet Smores 🔥🍫
Born 11/24/2021, Smores is a total lovebug with a BIG personality and an even bigger heart.
Unfortunately, Smores recently tested positive for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus). FeLV is a virus that affects a cat’s immune system and can make them more vulnerable to illness. Some cats who test positive—especially on initial tests—can later test negative, which is why confirmatory re-testing is so important.
Because of this, we are offering Smores as a foster-to-adopt placement while we wait to confirm his status. His re-test is scheduled for mid-April. This gives him the chance to be in a loving home now instead of waiting in the shelter.
And trust us — he is SO ready for a home.
Smores is incredibly affectionate. He likes to talk (he has opinions!), will happily jump right into your arms, and absolutely thrives on attention. If you’re looking for a cat who greets you, chats with you, and wants to be as close as possible at all times… he’s your guy.
He deserves comfort, stability, and someone to snuggle while we wait for clearer answers. If you’re willing to open your home and heart, Smores will give you all the love he has in return.
