We adopted Moustaf in 2020 when he was about 1.5 years from a rescue. He got along with our other pets fine until one of the cats needed PU surgery and during his time in surgery/recovery and isolation after returning home Moustaf identified him as a foreign cat when he was reintroduced. After trying behavioral training, diffusers, gradual reintroduction (several times) and eventually declawing, at the advice of our vet to avoid a serious injury to our other cats we have officially exhausted every resource. He is very bonded with our orange cat and would consider rehoming them together to not create more stress on either one of them.
He is unpredictable with other cats and would not be available to a home with cats. He however is fine with dogs and has no issue with larger dogs I would not recommend taking him in with smaller dogs. He has zero issues with people. He is fine with our toddler and is very friendly and affectionate with people in general. He is a very sweet cat.
