My name is Smudge!

Smudge (The Sentimental Soul): Smudge is your shadow. He’ll be the first to greet you at the door and will faithfully wait outside the bathroom for your return. He isn't a fan of being "airborne" (no picking up, please!), but he is a master of the grounded snuggle . He’ll rest his head on your lap to show his love and has been known to claim his foster’s lap for a full afternoon nap. He has a brother named Smitty. Smudge and Smitty didn’t start life in a cozy living room; they were rescued from the Easton bike path. But don’t let their "tough" beginnings fool you—these two had traded the great outdoors for the great indoors, and they are loving every second of it.

All FURR Cats & Kittens are seen by a vet before being posted online and have been:

• Spayed / Neutered to help control the pet population
• Microchipped to help ensure your best friend can be brought home if lost.
• Vaccinated; FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia) & Rabies (which is legally required in most states).  These will need to be kept current after adoption.
• Tested Negative for FIV & FELV unless otherwise noted on their profile
• Treated with de-wormer, anti-parasitics, flea baths & prevention, ear mites and anything else our vet deems needed for good health.  This can sometimes include antibiotics and eye/upper respiratory medicines, etc.
• Many of our fosters also use pre/probiotics and vitamins to fully support their tiny immune systems during transitions.
