My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mae

This precious pup had a rough start to life. Her sweet mama, a stray black Lab mix gave birth to her outside before being found and brought to safety. Despite her circumstances, she was an incredibly gentle, loving, and good-natured mom and her puppies are just as wonderful. Mom stayed with her original rescuer and will be adopted out. We believe dad was a bulldog/bully type based on Mae's look.

Mae takes her training and jobs very seriously and is super focused when the treats come out. She is very food motivated and loves to work. She knows sit, down, drop and working on leave it. She is doing well walking on leash and just wants to go where you go. Perfect for someone who loves training. She also likes jumping up on perches and would probably be awesome at agility. Mae is super sweet and loves morning snuggles on the couch. She is also solar powered and loves to soak up the sun.

Mae is the smartest little pup and so eager to please. She loves people and gets the wiggles when she sees kids. She plays nicely with other dogs and loves puppy social classes. She loves her crate and will sleep all night. She appreciates a comfy bed and never chews her blankets. She is also very nice to her toys and has not torn any stuffies open. Mae is nearly potty trained and runs to the door to ask to go out.
