We adopted Zuko as a puppy from a shelter when we lost one of our senior dogs. He was raised alongside my other 2 adult dogs and my cats and he is now 4 years old. He is very energetic, loves walks, running, playing, and he is very smart. He would do so well with a job or regular exercise.
Our behavioral issues, and the main reason I am looking to rehome, is that he has attacked my other 2 adult dogs from time to time. It seems to be triggered by resource guarding. I have 2 young toddlers and can't always be watching the dogs, but we do our best to always keep everything in a way thay avoids conflict. 99% of the time he is fine, but the times he isnt, results in a fight. He has never shown aggression to our cats or people, it's just to dogs. So he really needs to be a single dog household.
But he's very sweet, he listens, he cuddles, and because he's so big and loud, he's a great protector. We have been so unsure about rehoming so we are just seeing if a perfect match comes up.
