My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Squeaks is an 11-year-old seal-point gentleman with sapphire eyes and absolutely no concept of personal space. He’s what we lovingly call an aggressive snuggler - the kind of cat who will climb directly into your arms, press his little face into your chest, and cling to your soul like you’ve been best friends in every lifetime.

This sweet senior is currently living with chronic kidney disease. The good news? His condition is stable and not severe. He’s feeling good, loving hard, and very ready to trade shelter life for a cozy retirement home where he can spend his golden years doing what he does best: cuddling like it’s a full-time job.

Squeaks will need a special kidney-friendly diet and 1–2 vet visits per year with routine bloodwork to monitor his health. Because of this, we’re allowing his adopter to choose their own adoption fee - we want to remove barriers and focus on finding him the loving home he deserves.

He doesn’t need perfection. He just needs a soft place to land, steady care, and someone who doesn’t mind being lovingly ambushed by a seal-point snuggle missile.

If you’re unable to add Squeaks to your family, please consider making a donation to his care. With your help, we can continue to create miracles for those in need and make sure sweet seniors like Squeaks get the comfort, love, and medical support they deserve.
