My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tortellini is a sweet girl that would love a foster home to relax in while she is under medical treatment. She previously lived in a home with other pets, but would prefer to be the main character.

Reason for Foster: Diabetes

Foster Time Frame: 2-3 Weeks
(The foster time frame may be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.)

Foster Care Plan: Tortellini has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. We would like to send her to a foster home to see how well maintained her diabetes symptoms are in a home environment. Instead of injectable medication, Tortellini is on an oral medication that is mixed in her food. She is eating well and symptoms are well maintained at the shelter. A medical consultation and all the supplies you need will be provided at pickup so you are well prepared to take care of this sweet girl.

Foster to Adopt: Tortellini is available for our Foster to Adopt Program, which allows pets to be placed with prospective adopters before they become available for adoption.
