Wynter was minding his own business when two kittens moved into his home. He didn`t like the newcomers and his owner brought him to Dedham to find a new kitten-free environment. He was described as `shy at first but as he becomes comfortable very affectionate. Loves belly rubs and head scratches.` Come to Dedham to meet Wynter!
Wynter is currently up to date on all vaccines, spay/neutered, microchipped and has been seen by our veterinarian.

Situated 10 miles southwest of Boston on the beautiful grounds of the former summer sanctuary for the city’s working horses, ARL’s newly remodeled shelter in Dedham, Massachusetts is just a glimpse into ARL’s bold future. The new modern shelter design allows us to provide even more animals with high-quality direct animal care that meets best-practice standards in animal welfare.
The 27-acre property serves as ARL’s main livestock center and is home to Pine Ridge Pet Cemetery, the oldest continuously operated pet cemetery by a humane society in the United States.
