My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Roxas 🐾

Roxas is a 3-year-old Domestic Shorthair who was surrendered when his owner welcomed a new baby and could no longer care for him. Big changes can be hard on a cat, and Roxas is still finding his footing in the shelter, but he’s handling it with quiet grace.

According to his previous owner, Roxas has lived successfully with other cats, dogs, and children, making him a versatile companion. He is litterbox trained, though he has had a few accidents in the past—likely related to stress and changes in his environment.

Staff have observed that Roxas is scared but tolerant, allowing gentle handling, being picked up, and receiving pets even when he’s unsure. With time, patience, and a calm home, his confidence is sure to grow.

Roxas is looking for a loving home where he can settle in at his own pace and feel secure again. If you’re willing to give him understanding and stability, he’ll reward you with quiet companionship and trust. 💛
