Sonny is a very sweet and handsome young beagle that was found as a stray in Ohio. He is approximately 2 1/2 years old, 27 lbs., and appears to be a smaller sized beagle. He is very athletic and loves to run and play. He has a big personality and is very smart.
Sonny would do best in a beagle experienced home as he is your typical beagle (adorable with a side of mischievous!). He sits nicely for treats, potties on leash, and sleeps quietly in a crate at night. He will also stay in a crate during the day as long as he has something to keep his mind occupied but really prefers being with his people on the couch.
He is very curious and loves to explore. During quiet times, he loves to entertain himself with chew toys. A fenced in yard is a plus as he was a stray and was out exploring the world without boundaries.
Sonny will do best in a home where he can be the only pet and where his humans are mostly home. He could also benefit from training classes to build confidence and develop the skills he needs to become a well-adjusted and successful companion in his new home.
He is searching for a special home that will love him and introduce him to a wonderful new life.

Our adoption fee is $325 for puppies under 6 months, $300 for adult dogs from 6 months up to 8 years, and $225 for seniors 8 years and older and includes:
For Adult Beagles:
Spay/Neuter
Boarding/Food (while being spayed/neutered)
Rabies
DHLPP
Heartworm Test
Fecal Test
Microchip implant (for id purposes)
Any treatment deemed necessary by our vet
For Beagle Pups:
Shots, until time of adoption
Deworming, until time of adoption
Spay/neuter, at 6 months or earlier - At a participating vet
Microchip implant (for id purposes)
