I am reaching out to ask if it would be possible to surrender my cat to your shelter.
About two years ago, during a strong storm, a large tree branch fell behind my house. That day I saw a very scared cat that I had noticed before in the area - other cats used to bully her, and my elderly neighbor would sometimes feed her. I let her inside my home so she could stay safe until the storm passed. After the weather improved, I let her go back outside.
However, after some time, she started coming back to my door, meowing, and running inside whenever I opened it. Gradually, we began living together, and she became part of my home.
Since then, I got married. My wife has four Siberian Huskies, and unfortunately, my cat feels very stressed and unsafe living with them. In addition, I work as a truck driver and will soon be going on long trips for one to two months at a time. I considered taking her with me, but knowing her shy and fearful personality, I believe that would caus
