Meet Murphy! AKA Smurf. Murphy has a zest for life! He is a happy, sweet, active boy who is amazingly cuddly as well. He loves, loves his morning walks, followed by a nice long nap. Murphy is an energetic boy and is VERY smart and highly food motivated. He is doing well learning is commands and knows sit, stay, down but still need work with recall and polishing on a leash.
Murphy's perfect home is an active home where he is able to take a nice walk in the mornings to get out his energy and someone who would love to run, hike, and explore with him. He loves exploring and sniffing his surroundings. We love him so much but need to find him a wonderful new home because he has become too dominant with my elderly male dog and my elderly dog is now fearful of him. Murphy is fine with our female dog. Murphy is great with kids and he is fine meeting strangers on our walks. He needs someone committed to continuing training and someone home most of the time.
