Monkey’s story is one that tugs at the heart. He was found scared and starving, microchipped but no response from the person who was supposed to love him. Somehow, through all of that, he still found his way to safety—arriving at his foster home just in time. Now he’s getting the care he so clearly deserves and beginning the slow work of healing, both body and spirit. Despite everything he’s been through, Monkey is a big lover at heart. He leans into affection, offering trust so freely, and his purrs roll like thunder—loud, steady, and full of gratitude. It’s impossible not to believe that better days are ahead for this sweet soul, and that his resilience and love will soon be rewarded with the forever home he’s been waiting for. 🐾💛

We adopt in the DFW and East Texas areas only (within 1 hours drive from Terrell) as we deliver our pets to their new homes. A vet reference is recommended.

Our Board encompasses over 25 years of animal rescue experience and our focus is on area City shelters to decrease euthanasia and increase adoption rates of their shelter population. We also rehome and place strays to prevent entrance to these shelters.
