Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Dexter I was born out in the middle of nowhere, I was then saved by animal control with my other siblings. I was then adopted out and for 3yrs I had a great home, no fault of my own just housing issues I was just brought back to the shelter. Here I am looking for a new home. I am very sweet I get along with everything in my life. I have been around horses, cows, cats, dogs, and kids! I can be a bit vocal, I will not do good as an outside dog as I have been raised inside my whole life and I dont like to be left alone.

Additional adoption info
The Rangely Animal Shelter works very hard to find homes for all adoptable animals. We require that the adoptive family includes the dog or cat as a highly regarded family member. We do have an adoption contract and there are certain qualifications that can be different with every dog or cat. All animals are spayed or neutered are micro-chipped and have all current vaccinations. We do require a 125.00 donation for adoptions that goes back into our spay and neuter program, and covers the registration for the micro-chip for the animal. This fee does not cover all of the costs but we would rather these animals find forever homes than charging a fee that no one can afford.
