Devon is a tiny panther with a BIG personality! This wild little man is full of energy and always makes sure you know he’s in the room. He’s very vocal and isn’t shy about sharing his thoughts. Whether he’s chasing imaginary bugs, wrestling with his kicker toy, or zooming across the house, Devon brings nonstop entertainment.

But don’t let his playful chaos fool you… the second you pet him, his purr boat starts running. He’s an instant purr machine and loves affection just as much as he loves playtime. If you’re looking for a confident, hilarious, and loving little shadow to keep life exciting, Devon is your guy.

Submit Application

Whether you're interested in a specific pet or not, fill out our application online at houstonpetsalive.org.

Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, a meet and greet will be set up between you and your pet of interest.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and your adoption application is approved, you will sign the adoption contract.

4.
Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed, you will pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Bring your new best friend home! Remember that it will take some time for him/her to adjust to their new environment.
