Meet Scarlett

Scarlett is the sweetest combination of puppy love and puppy play — there truly is no in-between with this girl! It’s either snuggled up on the couch soaking in all the affection she can get, or full-speed zoomies in the yard with her new best friend. She adores her people and bonds quickly, but she’s just as happy romping around and turning playtime into her own personal WWE match.

Scarlett would thrive in a home with another large, playful dog. She has absolutely no idea she’s a “big booty Judy” and plays with joyful enthusiasm, so a confident canine companion who can match her energy is a must. A fenced yard would be ideal so she can safely burn off that puppy energy and enjoy her daily zoom sessions.

Her perfect adopter will appreciate giant breed antics — including the occasional wet floors after a drink, slobbery walls, and a couch that sometimes doubles as a wrestling ring. If you’re hoping to keep everything spotless, Scarlett may not be your girl!

Because she’s still very much a puppy at heart (and height!), Scarlett will benefit greatly from continued basic obedience training. She’s already realized that counters and tables are eye-level and she can get to the “goodies,” so guidance and consistency will help her channel her smarts in the right direction.

Scarlett will do well with an experienced giant breed owner or a first-time giant owner who is prepared for the size, strength, and joyful chaos that comes with loving a big dog. In return, she’ll give you endless laughter, oversized cuddles, and a best friend for life.

Until the profile is removed from the public’s view, this dog is considered available for adoption. To apply to adopt from Just Giants Rescue fill out an online. All approved applications are good for 12 months. Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters. All dogs adopted from Just Giants Rescue are up to date on vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Some exceptions may apply. All adoption fees are non-refundable; Just Giants is a NFP 501(c)3 organization.

• Transportation from the foster home to the adopter is the responsibility of the adopter to coordinate. Just Giants does not adopt outside of the continental US.
